We want you to rock your KISS gear with confidence, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
